std::function<bool(SqlConnection&, MigrationManager&)> Lightweight::SqlMigration::PreMigrateStepOptions::requiresBackup

Whether this run of the step demands a backup of the database taken after its last migration (see MigrationManager::BackupRequirementFor), e.g. "the dry-run plan is not empty". Evaluated on the migration connection before the run; empty means never. Hosts call it on every requirement check and from any thread (a worker, or a GUI's own), so keep it cheap.
