Detailed Description

Thrown on a read of the effects or record registry when the registered configuration is invalid.

Lists every problem found, one per line, not only the first. Matching runs on the first read, not when the registration phase closes, because closeRegistrationPhase() is noexcept and a release build closes it only when the application asks.
