Detailed Description

What a RemoteServer knows about one connection that a service, not core, decides: handed to IEnvelopeService::handle with each envelope.

A service sets a fact while answering an envelope it serves, and core reads it later without parsing that service's bodies. The facts live as long as the connection; a message handled without a connection (cid 0) is handed fresh facts that are dropped after its reply.
